Policies & Things to Know About Your Room:
We generally take all reservations on-line but feel free to call us to confirm your booking.
50% of your reserved stay will be billed to your credit card when we confirm your stay. Our room rates range from $109.00 to $229.00 per night based on two-person occupancy, the season, night of the week and local events. Rooms 2 and 3 have a sleeper sofa that can comfortably accommodate children. We do not serve breakfast. Located, as we are on Market Street a wide range of restaurants are available for every taste. We do serve lunch and dinner and will gladly bring your meal to your room, just call the restaurant and place your order. Any food or drink charges will be settled with the restaurant. We offer free wireless internet, just set your air card to “gaffer”. Check in is at 3:00 P.M. Monday through Friday and 4:00 on Saturday and Sunday check out is 11:00 A.M. We open the restaurant at 11:30 so you may leave your key in the room upon departure.
Cancellation Policy
Because we are a small Inn cancellations affect us greatly, so we request early notification if your reservations are to be changed in any way. Cancellation of a room must be made 7 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 7 days will be charged the initial 50% deposit.

Check-in/Check-out – Check-in time is 3:00pm Monday through Friday and 4:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Check-out time is 11:00am. See the bartender at the Gaffer Grille and Tap Room (below the Inn) for you room key and receipt. Please leave key on the desk in your room upon departure.
Parking – There is a parking lot behind the Inn and a parking garage across the street. Parking is free Monday through Friday from 5:00pm until 9:00am.Weekends and Holidays are free. There is no overnight parking on the streets.
Pets – There are no pets allowed.

Smoking – This is a non-smoking establishment. There is not smoking allowed anywhere in the building. Alarm will sound.

Heat – There is radiant floor heat as well as the gas fireplace. You may control the warmth of the room by using the thermostat on your wall, or by turning on the fireplace. (There is a pilot light always running in the fireplace during the winter months. To turn on or off the actual the flame for heat control, tilt the grate on the bottom of the fireplace forward and adjust the knob).
If the pilot light for the fireplace is out:
• From the OFF position, turn the gas control knob counterclockwise to the “Pilot” position.
• Push and hold the control knob for 5 seconds. With the control knob pushed in, repeatedly push the pieze ignitor button until the pilot is lit.
• Continue pushing the control knob in for another 20-60 seconds to prevent the flame detector from shutting off the gas while the probe is warming up.
• Release the control knob.
• Turn the gas control knob counterclockwise to the “ON” position.
• After the pilot light has been lit for one minute, the burner can be turned on. Turn the ON/OFF switch to the “ON” position.
Air conditioning – There is a remote control in each room to turn on/off/adjust temperature on the air conditioning unit.
Movies – Whether you want to watch a movie in your room or out on the town…
There is a DVD player in each TV. DVD’s are available for rent at Wegman’s Red Box (24 hours a day).
